Kompetencije i ishodi učenja

Predmet će proširiti znanje o osnovama animalnih modela, ponašanju životinja i odgovoru na stres. Predmet će pojasniti koje se vrste animalnih modela koriste kao pokazatelji određenih psihijatrijskih poremećaja i kakve se sve životinje mogu koristiti u animalnim modelima. Predmet će pomoći razumijevanju biološke podloge psihijatrijskih poremećaja, I značaj gena u psihijatrijskim poremećajima. Predmet će uputiti na koristi ali i štetnosti uporabe određenih animalnih modela.


Sadržaj

Uvodno predavanje o animalnim modelima, Animalni modeli anksioznosti, straha i depresije, Animalni modeli shizofrenije i manije, Animalni modeli PTSP-a i ADHD-a; Vježbe: test forsiranog plivanja; rotarot test; Animalni modeli alkoholizma i neurodegeneracija; Prikaz biokemijskih i genetičkih metoda koje određuju pokazatelje iz bioloških materijala; statistička obrada podataka;


Prikaz znanstvenih preglednih radova iz područja  animalnih modela psihijatrijskih poremećaja.
